During December 2023 I was invited to join the Powershift Inclusive Excellence Committee (PIE) ad hoc sub group to encourage and motivate new World Pulse Community members to join.
Despite my poor health and painful right shoulder I have recorded a video in English, edited it and added subtitles in English and Urdu.

World Pulse seeks five courageous leaders to join our Powershift Inclusive Excellence (PIE) Committee.
The PIE Committee is one of two groups that governs World Pulse.
PIE represents the voices of World Pulse's global online community and works to ensure that their diverse voices and experiences inform World Pulse overall and its governance.
In doing so, PIE guides World Pulse's work to become a social network leader in inclusive excellence and shifting power to globally underrepresented voices.
As a PIE Committee member, you will work with a team of brave leaders to help shape World Plus’s future of inclusive excellence and shifting power. Members commit 3-5 hours a month to meet as a committee and with subgroups they are a part of.
New members will undergo a series of onboarding sessions to gain further insights into the work of PIE.
Additionally, World Pulse provides an annual stipend valued at three hundred dollars (USD 300.00) to facilitate an environment where all members can easily connect online and access to participate in PIE Committee and subgroup meetings.
We hope to welcome and onboard five new courageous PIE Committee members by 2nd February 2024.
