I celebrated Fairtrade Fortnight 2024 and decided to bake Easy Fairtrade Cocoa and Banana brownies.
This year was also very special as Fairtrade celebrated 30 years in the United Kingdom.
This recipe was taken from the UberDesserts YouTube Channel.

Ingredients for the Easy Fairtrade Cocoa and Fairtrade Banana Brownies

60 grams Fairtrade Cocoa
4 Fairtrade Bananas,
4 eggs and 10 grams of baking powder

All the ingredients placed together

1. Whisk the 4 eggs together

2. Mix the fairtrade cocoa to the whisked eggs

3. Keep whisking the cocoa until you get a silky texture

4. Add the baking powder

5. Mash the bananas

7. Add the fairtrade cocoa mixture to the fairtrade mashed bananas

8. Blend the mixtures together and spread evenly in a greased baking tray

9. Bake the brownie mixture for 45 minutes at 200 degrees in a pre heated oven

10. Decorate your brownies
